Sales Situation and Bookings:

• As of our Hotels and Nile cruises are bookable online, either by Direct booking or by sending inquiries and communicate with our Reservation representatives, therefor we offer a wide range of facilities to book, amend and cancel your Trips to Egypt as follows:
  • Up from 5 weeks before arrival bookings cancelations are Free of charge.
  • Final lists of every booking will be sent one week before arrival. Changes, cancellations or additional reservations within the last week before arrival will be subject to 10% -20% Fees depending on agreement.

Cancellation and no show:

• In case of cancellation done 02 days prior to arrival, 50%-75% from total accommodation will be charged to the clients depending on agreement.
• In case of NO- Show full payment (100%) of total amount of reservations will be charged.

Force Major:

Pharao-Hotels reserves the right to exchange passengers from one ship to another similar or superior ship in case of boat damage, engine failure or other major technical reasons after referring to the client.
